How do I cancel my subscription?
Sorry to see you go. You can cancel from within the app itself at any time. Here are the steps:
- When you open the app, click the Settings button on the top left of the screen to go to the plans screen. If you don't see a settings button on the top left, you may need to update the app from the App Store.
- You'll see a list of available plans as cards on the bottom of this screen. Swipe to the plan you're subscribed to.
- At the bottom of the plan card, you'll see a button that reads "Current Plan". Click this button to see the option to Cancel. You should still be able to use your credits until the end of the month but send us a message if you don't and we'll take care of it for you.
